Set goals

Make happiness a priority, give your ideas and dreams a chance, the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step, break your goals down in smaller steps and think what you can do right now to achieve them. Take accountability for your life and learn, always focus on the possibility of a positive outcome. Make a vision board, Give your dreams a chance, face problems head on, if you want to try something new in your life, you will never be 100% sure that it will work but you can always be 100% that it will not work if you don’t try

Practice Gratitude

Count your blessings, enjoy the things that you have, appreciate where you are, notice how wealthy you are right now, keep a gratitude journal, wake up one minute earlier and practice gratitude


Forgiveness is the best remedy. It does not mean you’re erasing the past, or forgetting what happened. It means you’re letting go of the resentment and pain, and instead choosing to learn from the incident and move on with your life.

Nurture Relationships Be a good listener, help others around you, care about people, tell those you love how much they mean to you, and spend time with the right people, those who love and appreciate you and encourage you to improve your life

Turn envy and jealousy into energy

Don’t compare yourself to others, compete against an earlier version of yourself, be inspired by other people, appreciate them and learn from them, don’t over think, notice what you like about other people and tell them, cheer for other people’s achievements, what goes around, comes around. Practice acts of kindness

Connect with nature

Talk walks in the park, forest, along the beach and admire the beauty, admire the beauty of flowers, trees and all creatures

Smile, laugh out loud

Smile at strangers, share a joke with the person waiting with you in a line, watch funny movies

Be yourself

Exercise and eat healthy

Go for walks, swim, dance, join a club, chose an exercise that you like, you don’t have to suffer.

Eat balanced meals, consume sugar in small doses, avoid too much alcohol and don’t smoke. Introduce positive changes in your nutrition slowly


Keep busy but don’t be stressed

Be attentive to your stress level, take breaks, slow down, breathe, concentrate on the things you can control and don’t waste time on things that are beyond your reach

Savor life’s little joys, live in the present moment

Find happiness in the small things in life that happen every day, savor, enjoy, right now is life, the past is gone, nothing can be changed, appreciate the beauty in this world, enjoy the moment

Meditate, practice spirituality or religion

Discover the truth who you really are, focus within, slow down and unplug from the outer world, let go of the past and future and relax into the present moment
